Lovely 3 course meal tonight with my family. Great Italian in our village that did not disappoint. Staff were great, attentive and friendly. The food was excellent, we all enjoyed our meals. Nice wine too.

Fantastic, authentic food. Pasta is amazing and homemade. Starters are a bit small but the solid main size makes up for it. Was busy so the service wasn't super fast but for the lovely ambience, friendly accommodating servers it's worth taking your time to enjoy it all. It's the place most of the caravners go to, so consider booking and having a parking plan as we got lucky. Came for an anniversary and it was an excellent find well worth coming again- Wait time

We took pizza from Trattoria Spaggia to the beach, and it was honestly the best pizza we have ever had. The crust was perfectly crisp and light. The toppings were incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor, clearly made with care and quality ingredients. Eating it by the sea with the sound of the waves made it an unforgettable experience.

An absolute gem of a restaurant. Just 100% wonderful food and service. Black Ink linguine an absolute showstopper and Gamberoni starter just delicious. Not often you find authentic Italian like this outside of Italy itself. Couldn't recommend more highly!

I went there and will be back :)Trattoria Spaggia is an exceptional dining experience that captivates with its authentic Italian vibe and dedicated staff. Recently transformed, the restaurant boasts a mind-blowing atmosphere primarily driven by the passion of its team for food, making each visit feel special.
The menu, while basic, is incredibly powerful, featuring dishes crafted from scratch rather than pre-ordered stock. This commitment to freshness is evident in their pastas, which are not only delicious but also healthy, showcasing the restaurant’s dedication to quality ingredients. The flavors transport you straight to Italy, making it clear why this trattoria stands out among the many Italian restaurants in the area.
What truly sets Trattoria Spaggia apart is the wonderful team working harmoniously towards a shared mission: to deliver an unforgettable dining experience. Their enthusiasm and attention to detail enhance the overall ambiance, making you feel welcomed and valued.
In summary, if you’re looking for a place where passion meets authenticity, Trattoria Spaggia is a must-visit. I can’t wait to return for more of their incredible dishes!- Food

We had a lovely meal here! The restaurant has a really cosy atmosphere, and the service was friendly and efficient. The menu has something for everyone. We all enjoyed our starters, we had a salami antipasti board, and king prawns. Then for mains a lobster risotto and pizzas, the pizzas are fresh and flavourful; the lobster was delicious.
The desserts are tasty and very reasonable, we had the cheesecake, Panna cotta and brownie and everyone enjoyed it. We liked all the personal touches, like the homemade lemoncello after the meal, and the desserts being brought out, though that made them very tempting! All the staff work very hard and make an effort and we were very pleased with the experience. No issues at all with the service or any of the food, we thoroughly enjoyed the evening, and will return! ❤ We recommend booking, it was busy!- Wait time

Trattoria Spaggia is a truly special Italian restaurant. My wife and I, and two children went there for pizza on Tuesday. I can honestly say they were the most delicious pizzas we've ever had! The apperance of the golden brown crust, the bright red of the sauce, the gistening cheese, and the vibrant colors of the toppings were amazing. I had the Nduja Sausage pizza with mozzarella di buffalo, parmesan and fresh basil. The overall flavor and texture was heavenly.
I can see some poor reviews and I mean no disrespect, but this italian restaurant is genuine, real, and true to authentic Italian cooking. It was so good we went again yesterday and tried the pasta dishes. All the pasta dishes emphasise fresh, high-quality ingredients and simple preparations that allow the natual flavors to shine though. It was so good we've booked another two times and will be trying the specials next. The service at Trattoria Spaggia is also excellent! All the staff are polite and attentive, going above and beyond to provide a wonderful eating experience. The limoncello (on the house) at the end was the perfect touch. This is definitely one of the best Italian Restaurants we've had in a long time, and we can't wait to go back again, again, and again!- Food

An authentic Italian restaurant in such a beautiful location. It didn’t come up when I was searching for nearby places online, but we happened to drive past one day and decided to book - and I’m so glad we did! The lasagne was one of the best I’ve had, sauce was lovely and pasta homemade. My partners only fault was that his ragu could’ve done with more meat, but he enjoyed it nonetheless. Thank you for a wonderful evening!- Food
